MILESTONES

On the 24th of July 1989 the development company Consentia was established in Vienna and is led by the owner Mrs. Angeliki Koffer-Maniatopoulou till today.

Consentia develops stylish newly built villas and apartmenthouses in the most beautiful locations of Vienna with core area the 18th, 19th and 13th district and has already developed more than 27.500 m² living space. One of the greatest, completed projects is located at Floridusgasse in the 21. district, where approx. 62 apartments with about 5.500 m² living space were built.

2007 the field of activity of Consentia was expanded and for the first time a housing development in the 21st district with approx. 1.500 m² was realized. With this project the brand Comfort Living was launched for developments in the middle price segment across the Danube. The main emphasis is put on the environmental sustainability of the projects which is realized for example by the use of alternative sources of energy.

2010 one further subsidiary named Consentia Exclusive Building was established, which is exclusively specialized on luxury real estate in the high-end segment. The first project of this company was completed 2013 in the heart of Vienna's centre, in the 1. district, where a historic, listed townhouse from early gothic origin was carefully revitalized and adapted to the needs of modern, exclusive living.

The success of the family owned business is being led into the future by the owner's son Alexander Brussmann who joined the management 2008 in second generation.
